Jacqueline Diaz’s creative journey began in the world of indie comics, where storytelling through illustration became her foundation. At C.L. Dawes Comics, she collaborated with writer Leon Dawes on the Ecclesiastes: Mistress of Souls (vol. 1, 2, and 3) graphic novel series, bringing characters and worlds to life with striking visual depth and emotional resonance.

 

Her path as an artist has spanned multiple studios, including River Comics, SoulBullet Entertainment, and Tragic Entertainment, where she grew from illustrator to Junior Art Director. Each step sharpened her ability to blend narrative and design into powerful, memorable storytelling.

 

Beyond comics, Jacqueline expanded her craft into fashion and branding, designing for major licensors such as Marvel, DC, Disney, and Warner Bros. Her work has been featured on shelves at Macy’s, Walmart, Nordstrom, and the Disney Store. Today, she leads as a Director of Brand and Marketing for corporate and leadership brands, but her roots in independent comics and storytelling remain a vital part of her creative DNA.
